Twas not a nightmare before christmas
yes i saw my movie--and right before i went i received the dolls i bought off shmeebay! god i love shmeebay! ok talk about crazy- when the nightmare before christmas came out i got for my bday--christmas eve if ya really wanna know!--a Jack doll in a cute little coffin! i loved it soo much years later i found out he had a matching sally doll and not to mention he was a limited edition thing so he was also a collectors item. now im was on a hunt for this sally doll-when i saw it at a toy and trai show with my dad they said her price was 1000 cuz it was a hard to find doll. so im screwed-- in high school when we were in the city i found the doll yet agin in the village and the guy wanted 800-- now a month ago on Shmeebay -a guy responded to my post and lo and behold he was selling the dolls together in a set--the Jack that i have already and Sally in the boxes new never out coffins in pristine condition ---i had to have it--gottem for --cheap-- put it that way --what a friggin steal! anywho i was set for seeing the movie in 3d and of course tons of underage kids are lined up with mommy and daddy to see the movie--lemme tell ya how OLD i felt! like really i felt old--other than the parents accompanying their kids and the middle aged coupl that sat next to us i was one of the oldest there! but who cares it was like being a kid again seeing them on the screen so big and stuff--it was great only diferrence was you definitely saw alot more background details and all--damn maybe i should be a critic or sumtin since im over here writting about Doodlebops and the nightmare before christmas and all--anyone need a writter? hahaha! Which brings me to wondering if th article my friend wrote when we interview eveyone at Ozzfet this summer--ever got published--cuz i know i never got the pictures developed yet-haha--maybe i should get on that!
well in other events im crazy about buying a dress and getting this damn wedding over with it really sucks its really come down to the point where im about to just randomly gonna pick some hot guy with some money to afford a wedding just cuz i want to get married. crazy huh? so any eligible hot bacherlors out there that wannna elope on some island? haha --really i got everything except my dress and half the dough to dish out for all the family memebers that we dont want there. after thinking about having this huge wedding now since i hate most of my extended family and so does he and now knowing the extravagant prices of weddings i really wanna just go on vaca on some nice warm island and elope. But i gotta have my dress---though i do have a custom made one im eyeing that i might pick up fo 75 bucks on shmeebay and if im gonna elope at least i have something to wear. i guess i just might end up being a 2 dress bride with negative 1 fiancee --hahha really anyone wanna elope? hahahaaa
Finally-----its back!
Yes MY FAVORITE MOVIE IS BACK! The Nightmare Before Christmas is in 3 Friggin D! I am soo thrilled that last night i started having palpatations at the thought of all the new generation (13yr old) Nightmare lovers buying all the tickets and me NOT being able to see it! So I after bugging out and making many phone calls to see who was free to get me tickets--because for some strange reason only certain theaters are playing it--and of course they are all at least an hour away from me. So due to the fact that i am NOT going to Brooklyn to see this movie i had to make due with the 3 closest theaters who werent preselling them..........ok 2 glasses of wine later im cool calm and collected then for some strange reason i finally am able to get the tickets online...weird but hey im thrilled! i got my tickets and tommorow night i will be sitting my skinny ass in the theater to see MY MOVIE! yeah! i remember being 9 and seeing it in the movies for the firsttime--it was sick! they were so cool looking and big and i loved every miinute of it so now at 22 and the fact its a grown up version aka 3D this is goona be sweeeet! i really cant wait --i just hope i dont like burst out singing in the theater like i usually do at home---which leads me to my next question of if i should hit the bar before for a quick drink--one i swear--ahahha -really i love how everyone thinks im a raging alcoholic now that i freely discuss my favorite wines with people--haha! But yeah thats it hopefully my night will go well --im just praying that this movie ticket buying online will work out -cuz i never did this before -watch me show up and my transaction didnt go through and theyare sold out till monday! --it just might be my luck------and really what the hell should i be for Halloween? at least i got a few weeks!
Ode to the Doodlebops
Think what you will- it has been awhile since i last posted but my life hasnt got any better nor worse so what the hell. but i did have a crazy weekend and it all started at a concert---no no no not my usually meatal concert but this definitely was a jump from that it was yes a Doodlebop concert that we-Frog and I took a munchkin to. So here we go.............
First off let me say... yes i have gone to many rock concerts -heard many live bands but damn i mean for a KIDS SHOW it wasnt that bad it really was them--not BOB-- but they sang and they were good. i was a little bugged out after realizing that this isnt my normal show--first it was 1030 in the morning not at night and im wondering to myself if they are gonna serve beer--well who really drinks that early-no offense if you do- but --really im used to concerts with watered down beer, puffs of smoke that are emitted from various sources and well-my 7 and a half inch concert boots. ok since we have seats boots are unnessasary- babbies arent going to sneak in a pack of cigarettes and the beer is gonna be coffee--or as i found --beer stands are now highly decorated stands filled with every candy item that no parents really wanted to give their child at 10 in the morning or ever for that matter--the stand woulda make willy wonka shit! but really the show was good- the munchkin we took didnt even watch the show cuz she got scared of the loud music and crazy kids jumping all over that Frog had to stand in the aslie with her the entire time. now as for me this is the first concert in awhile that im on the floor in a seat with clear veiw of the stage and i cant stress enough --its MORNING...i kept my ass in that seat and didnt move other than to eat the cotton candy i got cuz it came witha kool hat....hahhahaa.......
To the DoodleBops--if they are reading this -which i doubt cuz no one ever looks at my blog this it what i want you guys to know---
First off i give you guys credit for prancing around in thoes outfits singing and dancing for a bunch of crazed kids and their parents who are all hopped up of caffein---at yet again --very early in the morning--im not really alive at that time give me 2 pots of coffee and a shower and maybe ill be awake-but not awake enough to be singing and dancing....that brings me to my next point--damn johnathan i have never seen anyone dance like that i mean really and you do cartwheels and everything with those tight ass pants on. Lisa -i saw so many kids dressing like ur character it was insane-im sorry but i couldnt do that to my kid if i had one maybe on halloween but thats it ---Chad you are really tall--yeah u are really tall!! haha btw i just found out all ur names which brings me to my last point---after trying to find out your names -i cant get over how many fan sites are up with like 15 yr old girls trying to hunt u guys down and try to find out your info and get pictures and shit. really i mean not like im some big star or anything but i mean i did 2 horror movies that had cult like followings from fangoria magazine and i know how weird it is to see a fan site or get emails from weird people or people hunting you down --weird and scary all at the same time--so good luck with that i mean you think that you guys woulda got off easy with the little kids watching your show but then you got all these older kids watching cuz they think your hot--i mean really isnt that a bit odd i mean great get ur ratings up and products sold but 15!! i dunno. honestly if i didnt babysit i wouldnt be watching your show sorry-u guys seem to be great performers but if you have another show movie play anything non-kid related tell me ill see it but ...thats it. hahaha and next time you guys are in New York email me and ill take you out for a drink you damn well deserve it!
